This website is solely dedicated to telling the story of how Bank of America ruined my good credit. Worse than that, when presented with the facts as they are outlined below which clearly point out their mistakes, they still won’t take care of the problem.

I had a four year agreement with Bank of America beginning in 1997

The dates were entered incorrectly on the original contract as if the contract began in 1996

Bank of America's systems claim that it was a 59 month agreement based on the incorrect origination date

Bank of America reported my vehicle, which I returned under the agreement after making all payments and on the 4 year anniversary, REPOSSESSED. Bank of America CHARGED OFF MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS RUINING MY CREDIT

Bank of America won't fix the problem
Bank of America has, at worst, lied to me about my rights under the agreement
Bank of Americas is, at best, inept and doesn't understand their own contracts
Bank of America has told me directly that I have not fulfilled my obligation under the contract and that I still owe them money
Bank of America's story is continually changing and their contract is incompatible with logic

It is painfully obvious to anyone who reads it that the contract was entered incorrectly.
